We aim to call you back the same day and can usually be out to look at it within a day or two. The visit and the quote are free and there is no obligation to go ahead, so if you just want to know whether something is serious it is worth getting in touch.
Not once we have quoted. Two of our reviews make a point of it - customers paying exactly what they were quoted - and that is deliberate. If we open something up and genuinely find more than either of us could see from the ground, we stop and talk to you about it before doing any extra work.
